Cinnabon - Feedback

What Jill Phillips doesn't like about Cinnabon:
The Cinnabon was absolutely horrible this time. I am not sure who baked them that day, but they need trained again. I purchased six freshly warm ones, with extra icing. The dough was paper thin and hard all the way through. There was hardly enough cinnamon to even taste. They didn't even completely fill up the extra icing containers that I had purchased. Have been in town visiting family and I’ve checked this place out a few times while in the (sad) mall. The Cinnabons seem to be good no matter what time of the day you arrive. Run low close to end of day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The little table could use a bit more sprucing up from time to time, but overall good experience!
