Have been in town visiting family and I’ve checked this place out a few times while in the (sad) mall. The Cinnabons seem to be good no matter what time of the day you arrive. Run low close to end of day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The little table could use a bit more sprucing up from time to time, but overall good experience! The Cinnabon was absolutely horrible this time. I am not sure who baked them that day, but they need trained again. I purchased six freshly warm ones, with extra icing. The dough was paper thin and hard all the way through. There was hardly enough cinnamon to even taste. They didn't even completely fill up the extra icing containers that I had purchased. Staff is less than eager to help. Sold out of most items and not making more with an hour left of business hours.
11/4/2023-The mall was closing as we were getting ready to leave, my teen son stopped by for a classic Cinnabon. They were out so he they offered him 2 minibons instead. He loved em!
I wanted a classic Cinnabon cinnamon roll but they had just sold the last one so they gave me 2 of the minis in exchange. I also got the strawberries and cream frappe and, let me just say, it is delicious! Tastes similar to a strawberry milkshake but not as rich. Will for sure be going back!
