Yeah, they'll mess with you. I checked twice that I was getting the 2 for 25 sols drink, and ended up getting charged 80 sols for a liter drink. As soon as I brought it up, they pretend they didn't speak English anymore. I literally have them on video confirming the price, and they denied it and won't let you leave without paying. Also, everyone there tried to sell me drugs. Don't go there.
I recommend not to visit this place. When we were ordering four pisco sours, they brought four pitchers of pisco sour. After asking for the price, they didn't answer and just went away like they didn't hear it. Every pitcher of pisco sour was 80 S. which is way too much. Furthermore the toilet didn't work and strange people asked me if I want to buy some cocaine there.
WARNING: AVOID THIS BAR!!! Imagine everything that could go wrong at a bar, and you may begin to get the idea... Attracted by the boho decor and rock music from the street below we went in on a Monday night for a quick beer, and were “greeted” by the first of several invasive, clearly high, annoyingly chatty men. Each of whom would not take “were here to talk alone, thanks” for an answer... For our sins we ordered three pisco sours after they took a while we changed the order to one. Thank goodness, because an entire JUG of pisco sour arrived, charged at 80 soles. We disputed the bill, because we had not ordered a jug and also because it tasted like (bad) lemonade. No luck. Basically a place scamming tourists check the menu before you order or better yet just NEVER EVER GO THERE PLEASE. You were warned!
Very expensive drinks, make sure to look at the prices before ordering anything. Also, ask what SIZE of drink you are getting. Ordered 2 pisco sours, ended up getting 2 JARS of pisco which was WAY outside of our price range. Special prices for tourists are actually 2x the regular price. Even though the drinks are good quality they are extremely expensive and they don 't hesitate to overprice for tourists.
