I could replace gluten-free spaghetti pasta noodles for all their pasta dishes. They were very knowledgeable about all other dishes that can also be gluten-free and use the word "celiac" so that I calm down. I would definitely recommend this place. They also spoke English that felt like they understood my diet requirements. And the food was good!
