Somewhat disappointing as I really loved the food at its other location n Lima the last time I was there. Most of the offerings are seafood not surprisingly but there are a few meat dishes also. The classic Corvina ceviche was excellent. Could have used a tad more ají, however. The conchitas a la parmigiana were just average. The fish chicarones were very good. We have moved from Lima to USA three years ago and every time we visit Lima, PC is a must. It is perfect for a meal with friends, family or business and you will always find fresh fish and seafood, eclectic dishes and a creative combination of the best ingredients on earth. The high aquatic biodiversity, passion and the kindest staff is the success of this place. It was quite nice to see Angel again and be received by the gentle Sheyli.
I have had lunch here twice in a week. That should already day a lot. The food is really nice. Try the scallops with parmesan cheese. Sounds like a heavy dish, but it was really nice. I had the sauteed octopus and the fritto misto as the main course and the lava cake as the desert. Highly recommended! They also have an English language menu.

Buena comida, buena decoración, más nombre y fama de lo que realmente es. Buen pisco sour y pulpo a las brasas. El ceviche puede mejorar.
La comida es excelente, destaca por su sabor diferente.Los platos están muy bien presentados, el ambiente es agradable y el personal muy atento te hace sentir a gusto.Si vas por primera vez, hay que tomarse un tiempo para leer la carta que es muy variada.Pedí un plato llamado "Humildad" que consistía en ceviche de pulpo, langostinos y calamar, con una salsa agridulce con mango, EXQUISITO y diferente.De postre, pedí un pie de frutos secos (recién hecho), que viene acompañado de helado de vainilla y una reducción de frutas, también excelente.Mis amigas pidieron, un salmón con quinua (no recuerdo bien el nombre del plato) y un risotto oriental, ambos excelentes.Realmente rescato un sabor diferente, poco convencional y exquisito.Respecto de los precios, no es barato, pero tampoco prohibitivo todo depende de lo que pidas. Los platos promedian los 55 soles (también hay de 100) y los postres 23 aprox. Volveré habitualmente, me encantó.
