We are visiting Peru and we're taken to Fiesta! The food was absolutely amazing. You must try the hot (grilled) ceviche. The service was terrific. Follow their instructions on how to eat some of the dishes. It is expensive but completely worth it.
Unlike many "gourmet' restaurants, which frequently favor inventiveness over basic good flavors, Fiesta offers classics like ceviche and arroz con pato (cilantro-infused duck with rice) with sophistication and the flavor profiles turned up several notches. The hot ceviche was succulent, unusual, and out of this world. Our pisco sours were made to order at our table - delightful. Definitely worth a visit!!
