En la pachamanca hay algo de despropo... read more Hemos probado el pollo al cilindro, el chancho a la caja china y la pachamanca y tienen buena sazón y punto de cocimiento. En la pachamanca hay algo de desproporción en las carnes ya que la de cerdo es la más abundante.La atención es muy amable. Tienen bastante variedad de platos que aún nos faltan probar. El estacionamiento sí puede ser un inconveniente.

Fresh, warm, not that much fat, the camote was soft and sweet, and the bread didn't tear the roof of your mouth. I would recommend to locals. Tourist, you'll have to go out of your way to get this but if you have a long enough time in Lima, it might be worth it to have a tasty pork and sweet potato sandwich! The service was very good also. We were the only ones in the restaurant which could mean two things. Super awesome service or the most usual... Poor service because there is no rush. This was not the case. The gentleman was very polite and informative.

Fresh, warm, not so much fat, the camote was soft and sweet, and the bread did not break the roof of the mouth. I would recommend the locals. Tourist, you need to go out of your way to get this, but if you have a long enough time in Lima, it might be worth having a delicious pig and sweet potato sandwich! The service was also very good.
