Three different waitresses, the first one came to my table immediately after I sat down, but when I asked her to come back in 2 minutes after I had had a chance... read more Three different waitresses, the first one came to my table immediately after I sat down, but when I asked her to come back in 2 minutes after I had had a chance to look at my menu, she proceeded to do other things nearby, even making eye contact, without coming to the table. Later, it took 20 minutes to give me my check after I had asked for it. That, and the ice cream had clearly melted and been re-frozen.

Last Saturda... read more I have been to several of this chain of restaurants in Lima and I can honestly say I have never been satisfied with either the food or the service. Last Saturday I went to the one located in Ovalo Monitor and it was awful. The appetizars arrived at the same time of the main dish, the order was incorrect (i really don't get why they don't write it down) and the Solano strip steak was not fresh and overcooked even when we specifically ordered it rare. The kids menu was too salty and the beverages not what we expected. The service was slow and they were under staffed, which on a Saturday nite is totally ridiculous! I do not recommend this place at all, there are other better options in Lima, even for Tex-Mex food!

The Old Timer... read more I love going to Chli's for a slice of American food. Great daily specials with each day offering a 16 soles special. My favorite day? Wednesdays! The Old Timer with Cheese for only 16 soles... what a bargain!!! Service is good, food is great, and the wait time is rarely more than a few minutes.
