We just had to go to Chilis in Peru. Yes it seemed like we were wasting an opportunity of trying peruvian food, but sometimes you just need comfort food. The prices are fair, one of the cheapest meals in Peru that included alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, appetizers and main dishes. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Chili's:
Used 20-25 minutes to take our orders. Forgot one dinner. Used another 20 minutes to give us the bill, after we asked. Had to ask 3 waiters. And then she had the nerve to almost insist on 10% tips. View all feedback.
Visited this restaurant as it was next to our hotel and we arrived late. This restaurant is part of a chain and yes, as already mentioned, the service was a little slow, but the food excellent if you have some fast food and a beer at a reasonable price
Yeah..we were in Peru...and ate at a Chili's. In fact we ate at two of them one in San Isdro and the one in Miraflores on Avenue Pardo. We stayed at the Thunderbird across the street so this was really convenient. If you like Chili's the United States then you will like the Chili's here basically the same thing. The ranch dressing which is to die for in the US is very similar, but not exactly the same. Still, the best ranch dressing we have had since January when we began our trip.
Read the title again. Just the best burger I ever pour anywhere in the world. Stunning and so full of taste. Muchas gracias.
Went to Chili's this week and the service was terrible. We had to ask four different waiters for ketchup before got any! I ordered fajitas and they were not. I got a few veggies on top of a pile of rice. Was not sizzling at all. Definitely not going there again!
The only reason I would go back to this Chili's is that the food is just like the Chili's in the USA. I have a thing for their Chicken Fried Chicken. I also appreciate that they have daily specials that are very reasonably priced. However, the service at this particular Chili's on Av. Pardo leaves something to be desired. I have eaten here at least 4 times in the past 2 months and always leave disappointed. The soft drinks are expensive and the glasses don't even arrive full. There is often no one to greet us at the door and the waiters are distracted. The waiter that I had on Sunday spent more time looking at a table of girls nearby than at me while taking my order. Not surprisingly, the table of girls got faster service than my husband and I did. Customer service is entirely lacking and no one takes responsibility for mistakes. I would recommend saving yourself frustration and visiting another nearby restaurant.
