The food was enjoyable; my lasagna arrived with a fresh salad and was quite delicious. The veggie burger was served with good chips, but it was the only vegan option on the menu. The portions were generous, and the dessert was delightful! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 4 out of 5.

I also appreciated the lovely side salad, especially since they substituted rocket for the standard lettuce. I met a colleague for a business lunch and, not being local, I didn’t realize this place is near the HS2 construction site. I’m glad we made a reservation because the restaurant was packed, filled with a mix of locals and contractors. We barely found a parking space, so I highly recommend booking in advance. The service was friendly, though it was a bit slow due to the busy atmosphere. The interior had nice sparkly lights and the music was pretty enjoyable too! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a 5 out of 5.
