Shown to table straight away,15/20mins later we had to grab waiter to ask what seasonal veg,then further 10mins before I had to grab someone again to take order... read more Shown to table straight away,15/20mins later we had to grab waiter to ask what seasonal veg,then further 10mins before I had to grab someone again to take order...around 20 mins young girl came out to ask if one of our party was vegan or veggie,as she ordered vegan pie!! Then food came out, 2 roast dinners,3 pizzas,I vegan and fish n chips...4 meals all fine but roasts had peas n carrots, missing all veg and roasters I had to ask where veg was,they apologised and went back to get some, came out,but still missing parsnips and roast potatoes,so back again, vegan pie also missing veg...eventually all sorted,but roasters were large and hard on outside,parsnips hard,, no one came and asked how everything was..plates left for 20mins after we had finished,young lad never offered any dessert menu, another 20mins I had to go to till point and 2 lads 1 girl all by till chatting, ordered 1 dessert,only because it was included on kids menu...it obviously needs manager at wkend to shake these young staff up, 1 lad spent time chatting to family everytime he went outside,but ignored our empty plates on table...we spent around £150 ,would've been more if we had desserts but service really lacking,,spoilt our family birthday meal...

Anthony always gives us a very warm welco... read more Our fave local, we come once a week at least and love it. Lovely vibe, drink choice is great and the food is fabulous. Anthony always gives us a very warm welcome and his customer service from him and his team are great, you all do a great job. The pizzas, curry night and Sunday Lunches are our favourites but all the food is excellent quality and so tasty, lovely chef as well comes and says hello thanks to you all see you soon Lou Nik xx
