An absolutely appalling experience with a McDonald's we usually enjoy using as a treat following my child's swimming lesson. I begin with the parking. Are the lines not clear enough for people to see? Maybe we should have them in neon orange just to ensure people understand how to park. For second upon walking in twice people pushed in front of myself and my heavily pregnant partner midway through when we were using the machines to order. Third, yes it does go on. The idea around parental responsibility is that you are responsible for your child. If that means your child is a brat who chooses to be vile to other children then you as a parent must correct this behaviour or face a long hard look in the mirror to reflect and finally upon leaving after these experiences we went to collect our food through the drive through, I'm no barrista but I'm pretty certain a flat white coffee and a cup of PG tips are two very different things. After waiting for an hour for our food to be delivered, we were disappointed to find that the wrong order was sent and it was cold. Additionally, our order was... read more After waiting for an hour for our food to be delivered, we were disappointed to find that the wrong order was sent and it was cold. Additionally, our order was missing straws. The Uber driver informed us that he had been waiting for 30 minutes at the restaurant and noted the lack of organization. It is frustrating to see such disarray in a dining establishment. We suggest hiring more staff or a manager who can improve the overall experience for customers.

The food hygiene is terrible, the managers treat you poorly and prioritize profit over customer care. Workers handle bins and then prepare food without washing their hands. Vegetarians should avoid eating here as the veggie meat is cooked in the same oil as the beef. Overall, it is a disgusting place.
