We were t... read more My family had lunch at this restaurant today, Friday June 5th, and we can all honestly say it was the worst and most overpriced meal we have ever had. We were there to celebrate my mom's birthday, with three adults and one child. I ordered the pulled duck burger, which was tasteless duck in a soggy pita bread with chips. My mom, the birthday girl, had the belly pork which was also tasteless, with a thick, overcooked gravy. My dad had the roast of the day, which was overcooked and salty pork that he felt was reheated from the night before. The meal came with some vegetables, but the dish was only half filled with beans and broccoli. My year old daughter had a cheese and tomato pizza off the children's menu, but luckily I had ordered chips to go with it because the pizza was just average. The fact that chips were an extra cost with a child's meal of pizza was disappointing. We are disappointed to leave this review because this was our second visit to this restaurant. Our first visit around Christmas was great, and we are a family that enjoys good food and is willing to pay extra for it as long as the quality is good. Unfortunately, this meal was a letdown and cost us over [insert cost].
