The salt and chilli pr... read more Today I collected an order from this Chinese takeaway for the first time, and it was a complete disaster the whole order went in the bin! The salt and chilli prawns were absolutely disgusting — completely lacking flavour and texture, the prawns were rubbery and overcooked. The Singapore fried rice was so dry it was inedible, and to make matters worse, it had pineapple in it, which I’ve never seen in Singapore fried rice before. To top it all off, the sweet and sour chicken balls were burnt! Good job we don't have false dentures! We asked for the chow mein to be cooked in very little oil, it came swimming in oil! This was by far the worst Chinese takeaway we have had, and definitely won’t be coming back. Avoid at all costs! We're be travelling 30 minutes back to our old takeaway!
