Caffe Nero - Lichfield

Four people behind the counter and only one person is serving.One with hands in pockets.One on phone.One just moving stuff around aimlessly.People queuing and visibly frustrated. On a plus side the drinks are nice.

This was a much better visit. Staff were efficient and the product was tasty. Absolutely going to be back again.

The coffee was great and the carrot cake was deliciously moist. The seating was comfortable in a pleasant environment. I will definitely be returning.

For a Nero's this is pretty good. Well located with good service and reasonable access to the city centre.

Lovely staff, fab coffee and nice location .. management needs to fix the dishwasher for them though, using lots of paper cups today
