The ambiance was pleasant, and our waitress was extremely nice and friendly. We each ordered something different. I chose the build-your-own omelette, which was delicious. The potatoes were cooked perfectly. Overall, the prices were very reasonable.

B... read more A fantastic spot to kick off your day! The waitress was friendly and cheerful. The menu is simple and features a variety of classic American breakfast dishes. Both the Salmon Benedict and Ginger Sue's Classic were tasty. The accompanying potatoes were hot and fluffy. If you enjoy First Watch (another breakfast chain from Missouri), you’ll probably love Ginger Sue as well.

My daughter tried the eggs benedict but was disappointed—the hollandaise sauce was broken, and the English muffin tasted sweet. My wife ordered a crab omelette, but the crab meat was served cold and placed on top of the omelette. My son and I ordered the gravy omelette, which was decent. We also tried a cinnamon roll pancake to share; it was good but not exceptional. Overall, I would describe this place as average. If I find myself in the area again, I might consider trying it once more, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. I hear they have other locations, so perhaps I'll give one of those a shot next time.

Our server was friendly and attentive, checking in with us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. This was our first time at Ginger Sue's, but we’ll definitely be returning!
