Jose Pepper's Mexican - Liberty

We stayed here on the way back from our daughter's return to school to catch the Chiefs game and have a drink. It was a good choice. My shrimp and lobster Burritos were fire, which was a surprise because I had no ideas that this place would offer authentic Mexican food. The long black hair authentic female chef is one of the reasons why the other males who eat here always come with their families and friends. Our waitress / bartender has a great task to host the wishes and needs of the people at the bar. The person who first offered us seating was a real one to the Earthman. He was from Houston, but supported the Titans, and although the chiefs hit the Titans, he still wore a chief shirt at work to show that he is a team player. I'd say he deserves all his tips because we can't stop paying people to help us, we don't have a team, and we beat the Rams. Jose Peppers is a beautiful place to eat and drink.

My review a few years ago was 't very good, but, I have changed my review with several visits over the years! Hopefully, if you sit to eat your wonderful meal, you will have Joel! One of the most attentive and detailed waiters we had for years! Salsa and chips are one of the best in the area, along with the Empinaca Cheese Dip! My goto meal is the nachos and will continue to be! You are the best of the best! The restaurant is clean, hard to get in time through half capacity, but, worth waiting! It'll be better! One of the best Tex Mexican restaurants around....I GUARANTEE IT!

This was our first time in this place and we were so satisfied with the service we received! Jamie was kind and made sure we had everything we needed. I had the chicken quesadilla and my friend had the Rock Steak Fajitas. Both so good! Service was great and the drinks were even better!

Tonight, our first time at Jose Pepper's dinner was to talk about a great experience! Our group was great that we showed up during dinner, but they somehow got us right in. Jamie was our server Amanda, the man was also super helpful. Jamie was super upbeat fun. Our order was brilliant on the table in the shortest time of shrub. We recommend you!

Good Mexican fare here. I think their tacos are better than Margarita's and so is their guacamole. Salsa is flavorful as well. Another nice touch? The little ball of sweet corn meal (not sure what the proper name for it is) as a garnish on the side of your plate. I think I could eat a plate of just that. Generally get the enchilada plate. Loves me some enchiladas. They make em good here. Often busy, but not to worry. You just put your name on the list and they'll text you when your table is ready. Lots of shops to explore nearby. Or you can just wait outside or in your car.
