United Dairy Farmers (udf)

I love this UDF! staff is usually kind, place is clean and stocked!! The prices aren't bad either, great value! 10/10

I stopped at the UDF in Cincinnati Dayton Rd. across from Walmart. I've only given them two stars, I'd given them less, but the ladies were very pleasant. I went into the mens room and almost became ill. I wouldn't let my pet use it. It looked like feces had been grounded on the floor and the restroom hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I'm considering calling the Public Health Department. The condition of this mens room is a health hazard to anyone using it. They didn't have the ice cream that I wanted so I went to the UDF on Liberty Way and Cincinnati Dayton Rd. The bathroom was in no better shape. I don't know what has happened to UDF over time, but they shouldn't be allowed to serve any type of food products anytime until their stores meet sanitary requirements. Disgusting!

So I stopped in there to get a couple of things and this is at 620pm on4/27. The clerk waves me over. I with my daughter we get a coupm3 of drinks. He doesn't say a word to us. I said have a great night then nothing I go to reach for the receipt and I don't get it. Sorry that we were an inconvenience to you and your company. Last 9 dollars I spend at this location.

This was the UDF location that introduced me to UDF 's when I first moved into the area. This was the most local one to where I was staying and I came here often. It 's funny..when I first started going here I hated calling it UDF ..I don 't like abbreviated nicknames for places..I think it 's kinda tacky..but then after months and months of saying United Dairy Farmers United Dairy Farmers it became tedious..so I caved and started referring to it as UDF. This location is always well stocked and well staffed. The staff has changed a lot over the years but they always seems to find friendly, cheerful, competent people to work here. It 's a fairly busy location overall. There is almost always a line of people waiting to check out..but they keep the lines moving pretty steadily. The ice cream here is amazing. My favorite of theirs is the Blue Moo Cookie Dough ice cream. I could easily eat an entire carton in one sitting..which is dangerous and why I don 't buy cartons often..ha. The milkshakes are absolutely delicious as well. Thick and flavorful..and you can get one made in just about any flavor you can think of. So yeah, this UDF will always hold a special place with me. I have many fond memories of coming here..and I do often stop when I 'm in the area. A good solid location overall.

Super nice facility and store. Friendly help as I wanted a car wash so they were able ti give me a code to use at the machine. The car wash was awesome on a warmer winter day to clean up the car and it was fun to ride through. Plus a car wash purchase gets $0.10 off the next fill up so that's awesome as well.
