Lotus Pad Asian Cuisine

The food was not authentic. The Vietnamese fry rice tasted very generic as if they just took a sause from a bottle and poured on the rice. It was the same with the drunken noodles.

Overall disappointing. Slow service. Arrived at 4. Served at 4:25 pm. No bread basket. No small sized cups of soup. Entree overly salty. Unctuous server called me young lady five times. I am 72. Music too loud. Will not return, alas.

This was our first visit. The food was very good. Our server was not. She spoke very quietly and did not speak clearly. So we constantly were asking her to repeat herself. She also did not explain specials and was not very helpful explaining things as this was our first visit. We overheard another server do all this to another table. She also made us feel very rushed. Most likely will try it again, but hope for a different server.

Great food. The Tom Ka soups was hearty, very flavorful. Drunken noodles were really good, spicy and very filling. Great service. Definitely will be back
