They opened around 7:30 a.m., and we received our food at a... read more I visited Snow’s BBQ for the first time today, arriving just before 6 a.m. I was number 124 in line. They opened around 7:30 a.m., and we received our food at about 9:40. At that time, they hadn’t sold out of anything, so we were able to try a little bit of everything. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the BBQ was excellent. I highly recommend all the BBQ items. We’ve tried several highly rated BBQ places in Texas, and Snow’s is definitely among the best. The BBQ was seasoned lightly, which allowed the flavors of the meat and the smoke to shine through. I highly recommend it. I even managed to get a photo with Miss Tootsie!

Got there at 4am and sat in line until about 7:45 when they opened. (Lawn chairs are available free). Then I stood a little while longer, moving in line to get my food. I was going to sit and eat but when I got the food it wasn't hot (just somewhat warm), so I took it home to reheat it. Food was good but I imagine it was even better when it was fresh rather than a day later when I got home to heat it. Atmosphere was lovely.

Everyone was super friendly and the food was delicious! It was definitely exciting seeing Tootsie working her craft and I'd come back again

I think it really is the best BBQ I've ever had. I bought 1 of everything and 4 vacuum packed briskets too. We were first in line at 11p, and the line quickly built behind us. The line seemed to explode while we slept. We fellasleep around 2ish. Tootsie was kind enough to let us have a picture with her. What she has created, from the food to theenvironment, is amazing. We loved our experience. We loved the BBQ. Bring the they have merch too. Clean restroomsavailable! It's all amazing.

Which was early on the day that we were there.. around 7:30am.. the line moves slow. I think if you come by 5am, there were about 60 people..after 6amthere are close to 100 people..we ate and were in our car by 8:45. the brisket was the best I have ever had. The sausage andturkey were outstanding. My son loved the ribs. The coleslaw and potato salad were very average and small. I give the porkroast a meh. Make sure to get the banana pudding too. This place is a must for bbq fans. Make sure to bring a folding chair.
