Today server King helped me and I gave a Star deduction for 10 min wait at the table before I was acknowledged. Service was good after that. Manager checked on me, fun vibrant vibe. Icould tell the table in front of me was complaining about everything but I bet they would have complained regardless. I will tryBubbas again. Fast casual dining with some options at a fair price.

I have come to this location several times now and I can say the food is amazing! Everything I have had has been perfectly cooked. The chicken tenders are so tender it'sunbelievable. Shrimp are always cooked perfect as well. The spicy chicken is the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. All thesauces are fantastic. The side salad is one of the best you will get and the prices are fantastic in my opinion for what youget. Drinks are great and at good prices. We love this place! It’s so hard to choose what you want to eat because everythingis amazing. Oh, pro tip if you like fish and chips theirs is excellent but you gotta ask them to dust them in Habanero chipotlefire seasoning if you like it kicked up a notch! Now to the areas that need a little attention. Also, try to keep in mind, as Ido, there are staffing shortages everywhere and I am sure this is part of the affected issue with this restaurant too. Theservice I have gotten every time, other than the very first visit which was about 2 weeks after they opened this location hasbeen terrible. Most of this is directed at the main dining area. The very first time I went I sat in the bar. Service was great.In the dining room, terrible...every time. But the food is so good I can live with it. When you first get there and they ask youfor your drink order if you are ordering a drink from the bar. I would suggest ordering 2 because it takes so long to getanother. Well, honestly it takes so long to get the first one. It’s kinda disappointing because I would order more drinks andhence they would be more profitable but they take too long to get them to the table. I again, say this is do to the lack ofstaff. Overall the restaurant is cool, not too loud just right, everyone is friendly but don’t go expecting super-fastservice just know when the food gets to the table it’ll be amazing.

Wish I had tried the onion rings fries were ok. Queso was good, but not substantial doesn’t feed fourhungry guys would be perfect for a couple sharing. Good quality is good, service was good we’ll definitely be going backto Bubba’s 33.
