Greeted and seated immediately upon entering. Waiter, Nick was prompt, courteous, informed, and accommodating. Started with fresh delicious bread. Then Greek salad with balsamic- crisp and fresh. What Dave Coussirat doesn't like about Parma Pizza and Pasta:
Used to love Parma. Prices have risen significantly, and now they charge $2 $3 for any substitutions you make. Tried substituting spicy marinara for regular marinara and manager insisted it was their policy because they had to add spices to the marinara , so an $11 stromboli was going to be $14. I came here after not coming here a long time. Service was perfection. Actually, and not to be dramatic, but almost goosebump worthy. We were immediately sat and then immediately asked what beverages we wanted to order. The new string lights bring a homey yet beautifully lit atmosphere for a nice casual dinner or for a nice date night. Thomas is in my books as one of my favorite servers I have ever had in my life. He brought our drinks fast, our bread was so fresh and hot steam was rising from it. Oh yeah FREE BREAD!! It was crispy on the outside and so soft and pillowy in the inside. Thomas was on top of it the whole night. Drinks never reached under halfway full. Food came out quick and was hot and fresh. The lobster ravioli was filled very beautifully with Lobster. The chicken is worth the $5 charge. All around my best experience here at this place. Again, if you can, I’d ask for Thomas cause he was so nice and quick and he even had our check ready in his apron right when I asked him for it.
Absolutely amazing food here. Everything that we have tried has been on point. Definitely recommend the shrimp scampi. They brought together the exact right mixture of lemon and butter that didn't overpower each other. The atmosphere is very inviting, and the lighting sets the mood for a great meal. The staff was exceptional and had great advice on what to eat. Thank you, Ayusha, for the great service and conversation. The talented team of chefs in the kitchen delivered tonight. I loved seeing the hand tossed pizzas made from scratch. Will return for another great experience. Oh, by the way, the Karrot cake was off the charts on flavors and presentation.
Excellent food, very pleasant atmosphere, first class service...
Let me start by saying I complain and lot and very critical lol. I’ve been eating here since I discovered it. In 2020 (4 years ago) and my little family and I have never been disappointed. The food is amazing and you can tell the ingredients are so fresh. No preservatives and not mass produced. Like literally made with love. I’ve recommended it to friends and family and they have never been disappointed. And even if you are disappointed, give them a second chance and you will still love it. I always get Shrimp Murphy, tomato basil soup (ingredients unmatched), any pizza, mozzarella sticks, wings are delicious, calzone goes crazy, lavender salmon is so yummy and unique, dessert is perfect, anything with dairy or veggies, etc, etc. The staff is amazing. This is my favorite dining out experience ever. Tops all the fancy stuff you’ll spend $200+ on. Lovely ambiance. I could go in all day Kid-friendliness: Staff is so sweet to my girls and they actually eat their food lol
