They brought out one of my party’s dessert... read more Went here for a Birthday celebration, went to order our food. Was told after ordering that there would be a 1h+ wait. They brought out one of my party’s dessert before any of us had even received our starters. The Pizza I ordered was not hot anymore as It was on the counter for 10 minutes and overall rather tasteless. The staff were unapologetic and even the Carvery had a 5 minute each time we asked. (it took 20m to even get served a ticket) Overall a not very nice experience and I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here if you’re booking for 5-15 people as they couldn’t be less prepared to help us with our booking.

Easy access and plenty room to manoeuvre if you have mobility issues.

My son asked for sausage and mash from the main... read more We booked a table at 8pm, and were told that there was no carvery left. That was fine, we’d order from the menu. My son asked for sausage and mash from the main menu, to be told he couldn’t have that ‘because it comes off the carvery’ . We ended up all having fish and chips, which was ok, but when we asked for dessert were told the kitchen was closed and we couldn’t have any. This was 8.30. I can honestly say that I have never been told half way through a meal that I could not complete the meal. I’m afraid that I would never recommend this place. I’m amazed they are still in business
