Was bparkercars at The Engineer a mag?
Local pub between the retail parks and the ferry terminal. Very cheerful, welcoming staff and readily accepted by the locals. Several real ales on offer at very reasonable cost. The only pub in that area so a great surprise and visit. View all feedback.

I have been working in Newhaven for a few weeks recently and struggled to find a proper pub . I am a Camra member and am lucky enough to live in Derby which is according to the Lonely Planet the Real Ale Capital of the World so had been fairly disappointed, this was until going to The Engineer. Lovely pub near to the the port Perfect for sailors
Lovely pub in newhaven, newly refurbished. Great beer and ales! At a great price, cheapest pub in newhaven! Plenty of spirits to choose from and a lovely garden. Pool table and dart boards available to play on.
