a group of us goes on a Friday to the breakfast in the sub station, after our prayer meeting in st leonard’s. daryl always greets especially at 7.30 a.m.. great breakfast and he is always happy. good food and he makes a great cup of tea. View all feedback.
This place is amazing. Subs and milkshakes to die for. The banter with staff and customers is just beyond. A true gem of a cafe.
If you haven’t been to see Daryl at sub-station you are missing out on a banging breakfast, delicious subs and reshot grounded coffee . If you fancy something sweet to drink have a Frappe , so many variations! My family like crispy bacon
Amazing place the banter while you wait for the delicious food is second to none. We were made to feel welcome and included. The breakfast was one of the best had. Had to go back for a sub and it didn't disappoint. From your friends up north happy valley
Fantastic discovery. The food and atmosphere were superb. We were enchanted by the owner and fellow customers, and were very impressed with the quality of the food and coffee.
Daryl is a true treasure and a natural entertainer, creating a fantastic community vibe at this restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing and expertly prepared. We were able to order breakfast even after 11:30, and were treated to a comedy show while our meals were cooked to perfection. The restaurant is also dog-friendly, which is a bonus. Another visit, another enjoyable experience - I went for the cheesy chips and devoured them before I could even take a photo. The atmosphere is always wonderful at this place. - Charlie
