This independent restaurant is a reminder of how things should be done. The menu is varied and interesting and the food is made with love and it shows. The service was warm, friendly and unobtrusive. Special mention to the parsnip soup and brandy snap baskets amazing. Great value for money and the fact it’s always booked well in advance should tell you all you need to know. We will be back!
Disappointed: I just moved to seaford and I was so excited to take my my mum for a nice dinner. The starters were amazing however the soup was absolutely tasteless . They were polite and gave us a sorbet . For the main dish we ordered Seabass and it was very fishy and tasted like it wasn’t fresh . Me and my mum are not picky at all but we just took 3 bites of it as it wasn’t edible . The desert was good tho . Never going back as we just had this fishy aftertaste all evening
We love this restaurant. Over the past 13 years we must have eaten in it more that 70 times and never had a bad meal and I wonder how many other restaurants can compare with that? The quality of food is superb, the welcome...
Taken here for my birthday and it was exceptional. The food is absolutely superb, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, can't wait to visit again soon.
