We were always able to find essentials like flour, eggs, a... read more The front room at this restaurant was transformed during the lockdown into a food store and takeaway. We were always able to find essentials like flour, eggs, and toilet paper when they were sold out elsewhere. It's great to be able to dine in again and enjoy their tasty breakfast and lunch options, along with the best coffee in Seaford. My only complaint is that I wish the portions were larger!

There was no hand sanitizer available and the staff were not wearing masks, which is not acceptable given the current situation.

We have decided to “take the toes” into the post-blocking and decided to visit a local restaurant that we had been in many times before to close in advance. we... read more We have decided to “take the toes” into the post-blocking and decided to visit a local restaurant that we had been in many times before to close in advance. we were really not comfortable and should have left within few minutes, but we thought we would keep through how eating was always good. we were told on the phone that we did not have to book and that tables were removed to support the social disintegration. we didn't see any evidence. the personal wore no protective clothing at all and we had to wipe everything off before we use it (cutlery, bottle, spice etc). we felt uncomfortable, but worn, when that was promise of a nice meal in our thoughts. we both had the felafel burger. I've had this before and it was really good. not this time. it was a plump of mosque and tasteless. is that hygienic? At least we will not visit sad again, as our experience was not what we hoped. if they are not disturbed by the Kovid-transference, then this could not disturb them. there was no trace and trace and we saw no tables cleaned between the diners. that said we didn't stay so long.

Sat in the garden out the back which felt quite tropical. Had a lovely veggie breakfast and tea. Really friendly staff. Very efficient despite being very busy. Unfortunately, very difficult to social distance in this restaurant.
