This is a fantastic spot for BBQ and soul food. The BBQ here is some of the best in town, offering traditional meats as well as some unique options. The brisket and ribs are cooked perfectly, tender and juicy with a great balance of fat and lean meat. They also provide generous servings of sides and complimentary sweet tea. I highly suggest trying the corn. Keep in mind that they are only open on Fridays, Saturdays,... View all feedback.
Let me start by saying this restaurant was delicious. The half chicken I ordered was worth the money and the sauce was delicious. The salad dressing was okay, but I wasn't a fan of the bland baked potatoes. The turkey wings were enjoyable and the sweet potatoes were decently crispy. The greens were flavorful. However, the peach cobbler had a jelly-like texture and was not very sweet. The cornbread was sweeter than the cobbler. I was disappointed that they were out of turkey ripening today, but I will definitely come back. Hopefully next time they will have turkey with BBQ sauce on it.
Today my first time is to order food from here. eating is so delicious. I ordered the rib dinner, with cauliflower and sweets yams. everything I can say is yummie. my friend ordered the meat court. he had dressed. I had to order a side of the dressing because it was so good. I'm back.
Best fishing and huh in the city owner is definitiw one of the most giving and caring person we have ever had the pleasure of meeting has served our family in happy and sad places, but always professional and personal to any person he serves.
I had eaten here for the first time today. east boogie holds the krone for grillsnoots, but cbs gives them a run for the title. they were very crispy and a nice help for the price. I may not make so many trips over the river for my grill, because cbs is at the point!

If you visit, be sure to chat with the owner, Robert, and his son - they are incredibly friendly people.
