The lack of speed and organization at this restaurant was unbelievable. Although the vegan burger and beer were tasty, the frustration of slow service outweighed the positives. We ordered two burgers and fries, but it took a long time to even be acknowledged. The person behind me eventually gave up and left. The burgers arrived late and were cold by the time they were served. When I asked about my loaded fries, the server pulled out a bag of frozen chips and poured them into a tray. I was so disappointed with the service that I asked for a refund and declined the fries. The staff seemed unaware of the situation and took orders and made drinks at a very slow pace. This restaurant's service was truly awful, and I can't imagine how they would handle a larger crowd. It was a poor experience overall.
