The food was delicious and the service was pleasant. However, the experience was overshadowed by a neighboring diner who appeared to have harmed themselves. A waiter kindly brought over a wooden bracelet, although I was unsure of its significance. The two female waitresses did not seem overly enthusiastic, not even when presenting the bill.
