This behaviour is bad for any restaurants i... read more Long waiting time to be served at the table. When the waitress arrived, she started to spray disinfectant on my arm. This behaviour is bad for any restaurants in Leuven/Belgium or elsewhere. I also didn’t expect this to occur in zoff, a restaurant/drinking place I liked in the past. 1. One should not spray disinfectant at that moment when there are a lot of customers. 2. Spraying on any customer is not acceptable. 3. An apology is a must but the waitress did not seem to care. Was she determined to be offensive? And why? A decent restaurant should investigate this problem and avoid this at all costs. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
