The breads and pastries are all freshly made everyday and what is not sold is given to local charities! I admire that and like to give my business to those types of establishments. All their products are very tasty and you can get excellent high fibre options too. You get what you pay for and their prices are higher BUT look what you get AND give back. So worth it! I stumbled upon this bakery while shopping elsewhere and decided to give it a try. The baked goods are quite expensive, but I thought it was worth a shot, so I purchased two cinnamon buns for $3.75 each. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Bread is made fresh but it is nothing special. It is pricey for what you get and there is not much selection. More selection at the grocery store.

Also check for worthwhile coupons they have one each month on the free calendar they give out. Try the scones for a treat and their hot cross buns are the best in Lethbridge (we have tried them all!)
Fantastic breads love brown bread and raisin bread. It is expensive, but you get so good quality.
We absolutely love all the products we've tried at COBS. I highly recommend stopping by whenever you can! Simply magnificent! I'm looking forward to visiting again very soon!
We live a bit aways so it's nice to come once in awhile and get what we like and always enjoy the pastries and Cinnamon Buns. Thanks for keeping us happy!
