The breads and pastries are all freshly made everyday and what is not sold is given to local charities! I admire that and like to give my business to those type... read more The breads and pastries are all freshly made everyday and what is not sold is given to local charities! I admire that and like to give my business to those types of establishments. All their products are very tasty and you can get excellent high fibre options too. You get what you pay for and their prices are higher BUT look what you get AND give back. So worth it! Also check for worthwhile coupons they have one each month on the free calendar they give out. Try the scones for a treat and their hot cross buns are the best in Lethbridge (we have tried them all!)

The baked goods are quite expensive, but I thought it was worth a shot, so I purchased two cinnamon buns for $3.75 each. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The dough was tough and chewy, and the icing was overly sweet with a gritty texture. There was barely any cinnamon flavor, and there were no raisins or nuts included. The staff were friendly, but I will not be returning, especially not for such subpar items at that price.

My personal favorites are the blueberry teatime and the cinnamon scones. The cinnamon bread and cheese pull-apart bread are also incredible. Keep up the great work, team!
