We enjoyed a very good lunch here in September. The menu has a good range of local Tapas and the service is very good and friendly. Enjoy the Tapas with a local glass of wine. Would recommend.
We had a lovely lunch in this restaurant. Very good tapas at a reasonable price. Catalan food of very high quality, the best, the couple in charge of the restaurant, a family from l’escala recommending amazing spots. We will repeat with no hesitation!
If you don 't like sea food, don 't eat here or don 't eat what we have eaten. Maybe we had bad lack or just this bar should not be serving Italian food. Carbona is definitely not a carbonara, but a bought pasta with flour sauce. pizza, well, edible, but I wouldn 't call it a pizza either. they should definitely rename dishes on the menu so as not to confuse people. nice service, therefore two stars .
The best place to eat mussels.
Visited twice this trip, firstly for tapas and last night for mussels and grilled squid amongst other things. I'm learning Spanish and the lovely family staff are most appreciative and encouraging. This is a Spanish family restaurant and the clientele are almost all Spanish. It is only a couple of streets from the main tourist venues but could be a million miles. This is now a regular fixture for us, love it!
