It was always busy every time we went past too. There was a cancer walk on the day we went and some of the staff were a little distracted by it meaning some items we ordered didn't come out correctly but it was soon fixed by Carmen without any problems. So it didn't affect our opinions. Carmen was excellent, good at her job and had really good humour. Will definitely go back.

Our friend told us the calamari are o... read more We were recommended this bad by a local, and it didn't disappoint at all. Indeed, we visited it twice during our holidays. Our friend told us the calamari are outstanding, and it is absolutely true, one of the best I have eaten. The octopus is also a great choice. We would also recommend the anchovies with bread with no hesitation. On the second day, we combined the tapas with one of those large sandwiches. Amazing choice. The only dish that I wouldn't recommend, of those among I tried, is eggs with chips. It was supposed to be properly mixed, but they served fried egg together with chips. And the egg was so fried that you weren't able to mix it as usual. All in all, a great place to taste Catalan food at a very reasonable price: 3 tapas 2 deserts beer was 35€, 3 tapas large sandwich bottle of wine was 39€. Worth a visit!

It's the sort of place that puts out a spontaneous invitation when you just thought you were going out for a gentle stroll through the town. A stop facing the sea is always inviting.
