However, after the second dish, I began to love it because everything is very well prepared. the kindness of m. huysentruyt and all his assistants and the incredible wines we have bus, something rare and very positive.

Probably one of the most beautiful decouverts, whether in the plate or in the atmosphere and dynamics of the team. It's hard to say what dishes we've made, they were amazing. The friendly, warm, and professional welcome; the precise yet relaxed service; the extraordinarily inventive cuisine, both in textures and flavors; and the wine pairings that enhance both. The only slight drawback (which doesn't deduct a star) is the slightly too loud music.
