I used the curbside pick-up service and received a text saying my order was ready. When we arrived, we used the link in the text to notify the store, but surprisingly, after 20 minutes, we still hadn't received our food—even though we were right in front of the store! We called to inquire and were told that there was no one available to deliver to curbside, and we were asked to come inside to pick up our order. What a hassle! It felt like they were either completely understaffed or making excuses. Their delivery management was lacking; they could have at least called us to apologize and update us on the situation. The chicken was good, although a bit pricey. Due to the unnecessary wait and poor management, I can only give them two stars.

I only order chicken wings from this place. They're okay, but not amazing. The last time I went, one of the wings was overcooked and had a texture like a cracker, so I had to throw it away.

The chicken combo was decent, but the pickled radish was disappointingly soft, resembling sliced raw potatoes instead of being crispy. If you happen to face a similar issue, be sure to specify that you want it to be crispy before you finalize your chicken order over the phone.

We had a wonderful day, but there are a few areas that could use some improvement!

Got there @8:20pm. The store closes @10pm. As I was looking through the menu in the restaurant, they wouldn't take my order because last call to order food was 8:20pm. They need a sign if that's the case.
