Ceviche shrimp were slimy, medium rare ribeye steak was seared on the outside and cold to the touch on the inside. They were gracious enough to let us go with an eight dollar bill when we refused to eat. Fingers crossed for a lack of dysentery.

They use home-made buns (I think they may be from pan y paz, which is also excellent) and the meat was both perfectly seasoned and cooked. Food-born illness is a big concern for me so the fact that I didn't have to ask them to cook it thoroughly was appreciated. Hard to make a juicy burger that is also cooked all the way through but they nailed it.

Service was top notch and the steak was the juiciest I’ve had in a while! Def recommend the chimmichurri sauce is to die for!
