Slim Chickens - Lenexa

My husband and I got fried chicken wraps and they were terrible. The chicken was so chewy and hard I had to spit it out. It might've been microwaved or overcooked. It tasted like old reheated leftovers. Thankfully there was hardly any chicken it since it was so bad. Severely overpriced for the poor quality. Potato salad had a weird taste and the potatoes were undercooked. It was glistening with grease. How is that even possible? Ugh!

Hot food delivered to table. Bone-in wings were not to my liking. Tanner offered to remake or refund without me having to ask. Great service goes a long way!

I'm always looking for a good place to eat after school and Slim Chickens has been my destination of choice for the past few days. The food is always very good and reasonably priced. Out of 7 trips I've always been satisfied and looking forward to the next time I get to go there.

I had the cajun chicken sandwich and it was pretty tasty. Semi-crunchy and not spicy on it's own, so I ordered a side of their inferno sauce. Fries were average but that's okay. I do like the roomy to-go boxes, less waste for me to deal with

Love this place! Delicious chicken strips. Loves the smokey potato salad for one side! You have to choose tons of diving sauce, including Bleu cheese, which is not popular, but one of my favorites! You can get cheesecake bites in a sweet masonry glass for dessert.
