However, a staff member in the kitchen informed me that the corporation approved this new yellow, gritty ice cream. It's absolutely disgusting! I should have refused the cone because it tasted as bad as it looked!

Ho... read more We entered the café for some coffee and noticed a "buy one, get one free" deal posted on the door. We decided to take advantage of it and ordered two drinks. However, when we reached the register, the cashier told us the total for both. We pointed out the sign on the door advertising the promotion, but he went over, took the sign down, and informed us that it had expired on the 3rd (today is the 8th). I mentioned that the sign was still displayed, but he insisted that it didn’t matter since it was expired. His attitude was rude throughout the interaction, and I felt it was unfair that we were being penalized for the café’s failure to remove outdated signage. As someone who works in retail, I'm aware of the importance of keeping promotions up-to-date.

I asked for three donuts since they hadn’t been put out yet, and I didn’t think it was a big deal. The manager came over, pulled them out from the cabinet, and gave me a dirty look. The whole interaction was extremely rude, and I don't think I'll ever set foot in that QuikTrip again.
