Grinders Stonewall - Lenexa

Love the atmosphere of this place. Unbelievable friendly staff! Kid friendly, dog friendly, people friendly, and beer-knowing!....not to mention the big mill menu. We're going away from 35 minutes to get here!

We are from Illinois and this is seriously one of the best places I have ever ate at! Service was amazing, very fast and welcoming! Would definitely come back again. We were recommended this place and so glad we were.

I had tried Grinders Stonewall only once before, when we had Philly's delivered (which were awesome). This was my first time eating there at the restaurant, and I loved it! The atmosphere is great. The outdoor area looks amazing I want to come back when it's not so hot out. We ate inside. The place was hopping, but we still got seated immediately, served promptly, and our orders came out quickly. I ordered a Flight, so I could sample all 4 of Grinders beers, and they were all tasty. And I had the Mixon sandwich (they smoke the brisket right there, you smell it as soon as you walk in). It was delicious! I wish I could remember our servers' name, because she was excellent. I'll definitely be back!

Luv this place. Their Burnt end mac n cheese pizza is incredible b it is only an occasional daily special. I heard their sandwiches are fantastic but we usually get pepperoni and garlic pizza.

I placed an order through GrubHub to get my favorite veggie sandwich. Unfortunately GrubHub’s system crashes and I had no idea for over an hour. The manager at Grinders called me and informed me of everything that happened. When I drove to pick up the order myself, he came and greeted me at the door! They offered to re-make my meal and even a free drink!! I love Grinders for so many reasons (looking at you funky dough) but this is just the icing on the cake!! Forever one of my favorite KC spots!
