The restaurant was absolutely FREEZING, making it hard to have an enjoyable dinner. My Wildcard Mac was good but only lukewarm, at best. The pretzels were fantastic, though. This is the second time we have had a poor experience at the Lenexa location (the first time was this summer on the patio when we got up and left after 20 minutes with no service despite everyone around us being taken care of).
