Best Venezuelan food in Kansas City area. The owners are always there and make you feel back in Venezuela. If you are not from Venezuela they are the best to make you feel the best Venezuelan food experience you would ever have! Their pernil sándwich is incredible!
I just ate here. The owners, Anibal Carolina are wonderful, so friendly and attentive! We tried two drinks, the sugar cane with lime was tasty, but the chicha was fantastic; sweet, creamy, with a nice cinnamon finish. The cheese tequenos were a delicious starter. The pork arepa was tasty, with some nice sauces to go with it. The true star of the meal, however were the empanadas! Ate the cheese and mechada(shredded beef) versions, and they were so good, I was almost emotional. Get there as soon as you can; this gem must be successful so that I can eat here many, many more times!
