What Chris doesn't like about Pilothouse:
Beautiful views of the American river at sunset from the outside dining area. Crab cakes and chicken caesar salad were excellent. My wife ordered a signature pina-colada-ish drink which was delicious. I had a Whiskey Sour which tasted a bit like they might have been using a mix rather than actual fresh lemon juice. I ordered the ribeye and was unimpressed with how inedibly fatty much of the cut was. View all feedback.
Had clam chowder was good portions lacked only about a 2/3 full cup. Atmosphere a must would do it again and chill for the view and drinks.

Only grabbed a drink there. It's a little pricey and not that good.
The service was great and the food was yummy the atmosphere was great and the server we had was amazing.
Dinner was a delight. Staff makes you feel at home and the food is delicious
