Surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant. The pork chops were tender, tasty and delicious. My server was excellent and suggested I get a salad or soup first because the pork chops are cooked to order and take a while. I did and the soup was good. The porkchops were worth the wait. I absolutely love the Tower Bridge Bistro. Everything about it is fantastic. Our guests were very impressed! Each of us ordered a different dish and everyone was satisfied with their meal. I cannot speak highly enough about the overall experience.
The server at the restaurant was friendly and attentive. The assistant server was also pleasant and conscientious. We had a nice view of the sunset from our window table. Although we couldn't see the water from inside, it's possible to catch a glimpse from the patio.
