She was very knowledgeable concerning the overall... read more I am rating this an overall very good experience primarily due to the great work and attention of our server. She was very knowledgeable concerning the overall menu and specials and provided good suggestions to our party. Waterboy menu, in my opinion, is somewhat limited, portions are med/small and ingredients are simple (I assume farm to table approach). Food was nonetheless, attractively presented, hot and tasty. Cheesecake dessert was excellent.

Food is luscious, seasonal and just the perfect portions! I recommend The Waterboy to everyone looking for a great restaurant even though I live in Reno, Nevada now. We still go for a perfect meal!!

We went because a lot of staff took vacation this week and they closed for lunch instead of taxing their staff to cover. I respected it so much that I made surethat I came out for my son’s very first special dinner at a fancy restaurant.

I had Oriole pick them and had plenty of fun going from a clueless pedestrian of spirits wines to enthusiastic beer guzzler. My rare steak came out w/ decent sear. I got the marinatedolives and a taster plate of beers too. Great service, disarmingly good food!
