It is now open again and looks quite nice. However, I haven't eaten there for a while. There is a wide selection of drinks.

The food was both tasteful and visually flawless. The quality of the food was clearly visible and tasted. The wishes and well-being of the guests are addressed and taken care of both independently and through inquiry. Definitely recommended!

(Slight moldy smell in the hallway next to the front desk) Wifi is unfortunately quite unstable (poor latency and connection), but Mobile network reception (5G) is excellent in the rooms. Rooms are very quite rooms. Key system is outdated But works (bowl bunch with big, heavy key holder. Hard to manage to unlock electricity for the rooms, but it works with all plastic cards. Just leave the room card in the key chain and use any other plastic card) Water pressire is amazing, hot water might run low late morning) Beds where not made often and glasses/instant coffe was refilled upon request. Towels are exchanged if left on the floor, otherwise stay. But bathroom, floors and surfaces where cleaned spotless every day. (Tested with UV light and sticky Strips). Lighting in the rooms is quite poor, check your shaving/makeup twice (flashlight did the trick for me) But the windows are huge (lots of light, depending on direction of your room) The view is boring, but the surroubdings are maintained well. Curtains and roller shutters are silent and easy to manage. The rooms have a well cleaned mini fridge (easy to manage) Breakfast has low Buffet selection but high quality and nice taste. Staff will extend the selection of breakfast (especially drinks/juice) upon request. Coffee is excellent and served upond request to your table. The restaurant is clean and food is fresh. Location is okay, surrounding shops will close early. Heidelberg is 15 minuutes by car for longer opening hours) Staff is very friendly and helpful, great service mindset and customer care! Specifically in the restaurant and at the front desk. Can absolutely recommend! Prices are an absolute steal for excellent hygiene, service and high quality Breakfast. could not test the TV, laundry service, dinner options and the public indoor pool in the same building
