When we phoned for an update they told us they gave us this info upon ordering the... read more Good burgers, when they’re hot… Delivery always 60+ minutes and arrives cold. When we phoned for an update they told us they gave us this info upon ordering they did not. They forgot one of the orders so after 1.5 hours of waiting one of us went hungry, and we were told on the phone that it “couldn’t be right, as I packed the bag myself”. Maybe they just can’t read their own tickets, as all burgers were clearly written on the order attached to the bag. If you’re ordering to eat at home, go and pick it up otherwise not worth it.
