Staff are **** ignorant, turned her back on me twice, snide remarks to her friend, because I had already told her my order it was take away, she looked at me as if I was foreign did not understand her. the look I got. Threw everything into a bag, shoved in the napkins, gave it to me with her back turned. I called her over to sarcastically say thank you. She said WHAT walked away. The first time I went in a couple of months back NON of them were wearing masks were **** ignorant then. I did not get what I ordered but this is a common thing with this KFC. Re train your staff.

She mention... read more After a few days, I called to speak with the manager, a woman named Tasleen. She was rude and seemed offended that I was complaining about the food. She mentioned that I should have complained on the day of my order, and that it was my fault for not doing so. I was surprised by her lack of professionalism and customer service. It seems that the restaurant could benefit from some managerial training.

We found one table that was re... read more I made a spontaneous decision to eat at KFC while in town. All the tables downstairs were taken, so we ordered and went upstairs. We found one table that was relatively clean, but the others had food and drinks spilled on them. The floor had food, serviettes, and spilled drinks in various spots. Two other tables had customers, with one person sitting and texting on their phone. When our food arrived, we realized that this customer was a friend of the KFC employee and they chatted for about 10 minutes. The employee even used his hand to sweep food from one table onto the floor. There was no effort made to clean or tidy up, as bins were overflowing onto the floor and leftover trays were stacked on top of the bins. Despite the presence of staff, no one bothered to maintain even basic cleanliness. We ate quickly and left, with no intentions of returning. It made me wonder what the conditions were like behind the scenes if the front of house was so unclean.
