Terrible service, I was told I could only order via auto thru. if I wanted to order more, I would have to come into the load. to which I drive instead to mcdonald. I always had problems with this kfc forgotten food, taste of food cold, waiting times. this is the last and last time. the manager has a lot to answer and has to pay an interest in his business.
This place feels like home to us. Our autistic family member absolutely adores it. The staff and food are amazing. The quality is so good that our 5-year-old even decides on her order before we even leave the house. The Rice boxes and zingers served here are the best. The team working here is fantastic. It's always busy, but the staff are worth their weight in gold. And the filet burger is a must-try!
The staff was friendly, earning all stars for service. However, the dining experience was completely unsatisfactory. The fries were cold and obviously overcooked, and the chicken pieces were much smaller than anticipated, resulting in a seriously underwhelming meal.
I frequently visit KFC and my go-to choice is the Mega Box. Last week I needed to exchange something and they did it without any issues or charges. However, today the manager seemed grumpy when the friendly worker asked for permission to exchange something again. I said no, which seemed inconsistent. It was a bit frustrating.
