The last kerl must have been on a bad day, I went recently on a busy Saturday lunch 3 of us had the 2 course prix fixe menu. our favorite stars were delicately carpaccio served with sweet fresh beet root ramequin aux champignons, a deliciously baked rodyère garlic mushroom goo. out favorite mains were the rich warming bouef braisé my stunning artichoke ravioli in a creamy white wine sauce with excruciated mint-something I definately cook to house. service was friendly, relaxed (not slow) helpful.
Nice French style restaurant in Leicester city centre. Ideal for couples and friends. Has a 2-3 course menu with fixed price until 6 pm. It has really good decoration and illumination. It's better to book a table on weekends. Has special selection of products for Valentine's Day. Medium price. Most of starters and main have meat but there are vegetarian options too.
Superb visit to this little gem! Not bad Sunday roast too. Menus have great vegetarian option as well as set price selections. Decent drinks and excellent service! Highly recommend
Gorgeous restaurant, beautifully decor. Very tasty food, well presented and good value for money. Friendly efficient staff. Would definitely return and will certainly recommend to friends and family. We tried couple of dishes n all very well. It was a great experience.
Yesterday, I visited this hidden gem with a friend and was impressed by the great ambience and decor. The menu offers options from a set menu or main menu. I tried the chicken liver parfait and roast pork belly, both of which were delicious. The crackling on the pork belly was perfect and the meat simply melted in my mouth. The potato mash had a unique sour taste due to the addition of Dujon mustard. The creme brulee was a bit disappointing as it didn't have the expected cracked top and my friend's portion did not set properly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and good value for money.
